Will this kit cure CHS?

No. CHS resolution requires cessation of cannabis use. The CHS Relief Kit provides comfort support, warmth-based tools, and grounding strategies to help ease symptoms — it does not treat or cure CHS.

How fast will my kit arrive?

We ship all orders same day when placed before 12pm PT.Most customers receive their kit within 1–2 business days via Priority Shipping. Need it urgently? Emergency Overnight is available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — but international shipping is coming soon. Right now, we ship anywhere in the United States (all 50 states + DC).

Is overnight shipping available?

Yes. Choose Emergency Overnight at checkout for urgent situations. It is billed at the carrier’s exact rate — we do not mark it up.

Is this kit safe to use?

All items in the kit are commonly used comfort tools. However:

Capsaicin cream is for external use only.

Heat packs should be used with caution and not overheated.

You should always check product labels for sensitivities.

Can I use this kit while still consuming cannabis?

You can use the comfort tools anytime, but CHS symptoms typically do not resolve until cannabis use stops. The kit is designed to help manage discomfort, not override symptoms.

What is included in the CHS Relief Kit? Are heat packs included? How do I use them safely?

Yes — both disposable and reusable heat packs are included. Important safety notes: Do not apply directly to bare skin. Do not overheat. Allow the pack to cool before reusing. Do not use while sleeping, directly on skin, or on sensitive skin. A full safety card is included in your kit.

Yes. Every kit includes a step-by-step guidance card with simple instructions, comfort strategies, and a grounding plan for flare moments. It’s written in a calm, supportive tone anyone can follow.

CHS Do you accept returns?

Yes. Unopened kits may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping must be covered by the customer. Contact support@chsreliefhub.com for help.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can modify or cancel it for you. Because most orders ship same day, reach out ASAP at: support@chsreliefhub.com

Do you offer refunds if my kit arrives late?

We cannot control carrier delays, but we do help however we can. If your kit arrives significantly late, email us — we handle these case by case with compassion.

What if I typed the wrong shipping address?

Can I send a kit as a gift?

Yes — many customers send kits to friends or family.You can enter a different shipping address at checkout, and we never include pricing in the box.
