At CHS Relief Hub, we understand that CHS symptoms can feel overwhelming — and waiting for support shouldn’t make things harder. That’s why we work hard to ship all orders quickly, reliably, and with full transparency.
Order Processing Times
Orders placed before 12pm PT ship the same day.Orders placed after 12pm PT ship the next business day. Orders placed on Sundays or major U.S. holidays ship the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on the way.
Shipping Options
Priority 1–2 Day Shipping (Included)
Priority shipping is included with every order. Typically arrives within 1–2 business days nationwide. Trackable and reliable through UPS or USPS Priority. Automatically applied during checkout.

Emergency Overnight Shipping
Available at checkout.Priced at exact carrier-calculated rates — we do not mark up overnight shipping. Best for urgent flare support or time-sensitive needs.
Delivery Estimates
Shipping timeframes begin once your order has been shipped. Estimated delivery speeds:

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and may vary during holidays or due to weather or operational delays.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship anywhere within the United States (all 50 states + Washington, D.C.) International shipping is coming soon.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Tracking may take up to 6–12 hours to update, depending on the carrier scan times.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us immediately at support@chsreliefhub.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we can update the address. If the package has already shipped, you may be responsible for re-shipment fees.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We work closely with USPS and UPS to ensure reliable delivery. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged: Email us at support@chsreliefhub.com. Include your order number and the issue. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do everything we can to help.
Returns Due to Delivery Issues
