Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel supported and confident when ordering from CHS Relief Hub. Because our kits contain wellness items, topical products, and single-use tools, we have to maintain strict safety standards. Below is our full return and refund policy.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. To qualify: The item must be in its original packaging. The seal must be intact. The product must be unused, unworn, and undamaged. You must contact us for authorization before sending anything back. Due to safety, hygiene, and product integrity, we cannot accept returns of used products under any circumstances.
2. How to Start a Return
Email us at support@chsreliefhub.com with: your order number, the reason for the return, a photo of the unopened product (for quick verification). Our team will then provide return instructions and shipping details. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless: the item arrived damaged, or you received the wrong product. In those cases, we will cover return or replacement shipping.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund. Original shipping and expedited shipping fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to deny refunds if a returned item is used, opened, or not in its original condition.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@chsreliefhub.com. Please include: Your order number, photos of the damage or incorrect item, we will happily send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered, CHS Relief Hub is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.If this occurs, contact us — we’ll help guide you through claim options with the carrier.
7. Cancellations & Order Changes
If you need to modify or cancel your order contact us immediately at support@chsreliefhub.com. Most orders ship same day, so we cannot guarantee cancellation after processing. If the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but you may start a return once delivered (if unopened).
8. Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded: Used or opened products, digital downloads or guides, and gift cards
