6. Returns & Refunds

We offer returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be in original, unused condition

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns on used products for safety reasons.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will replace or refund affected items at no cost to you.
